🔄 Returns

You can request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The item is defective or leaking

To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer or your original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was from our side
